By using 18Docs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to process any file you upload or open in a tool (including the right to remove passwords or restrictions).
• You must not use 18Docsfor unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse, overload, or attack the service.
• Because we never store your files, you are responsible for downloading your results — once you leave a tool page, the output is gone.

3. Service "as is"

18Docsis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard on accuracy and reliability, but we do not warrant that every conversion or AI result is error-free. Verify important documents before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

4. Accounts & plans

Paid plans and credits are billed as described at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
