Remove margins from a PDF

Wide white margins waste space — they shrink the readable area on a phone or tablet, leave huge borders when a slide-style PDF is projected, and add empty bands when pages are placed two-up. Cropping the margins trims that white space away so the content sits closer to the page edge and fills more of the screen. Use the margin control below to set how much to trim from all four sides at once; nudge it up until the empty border is gone but your text and images are safely inside the new edge. The crop changes the visible page box, so the document looks tighter everywhere it is opened or printed, and nothing in your content is deleted — only the surrounding empty area is cut away. It runs entirely in your browser, so the PDF is never uploaded. It is free, needs no signup, and the cropped file comes out with no watermark.

Frequently asked questions

How much margin should I remove?
Increase the trim until the white border is gone but your content stays clear of the new edge. Start small and adjust.
Does cropping delete any of my content?
No. It trims the empty margin area around the page. Keep the trim within the margin so your text and images are untouched.
