What we believe

• Your documents are yours.Wherever it's technically possible, a tool should run on your device by default rather than send your file to a server it doesn't need to touch.
• Every tool is labelled honestly. Each tool page states plainly whether it runs in your browser or on a server, and what happens to your file either way — see our Security page for the detail.
• No dark patterns.No fake urgency, no fake trust badges, no claims we can't back up. Where we say something is verified, we link to a live, independent source rather than assert a result.
